The development of science and technology has provided necessary conditions for the all-round development and effective use of the audiovisual materials available at college. Digitalization and network construction of foreign language audiovisual materials can deepen people＇ s understanding of the foreign language materials, thus helping English teachers as well as students more efficiently. On the basis of actual application, this paper tries to illustrate the digitalization and network construction of traditional foreign language audiovisual materials from the aspects of digital transformation, edit and the construction of VOD system.
