目的:分析竹林胺治疗产后严重尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:选择2003年1月至2006年12月在岳池县人民医院住院产妇产后尿潴留101例,分二组(导尿+竹林胺、VitB1组;导尿+新斯的明组)观察疗效评价。结果:竹林胺组29例100%成功治愈,新斯的明组成功率72.4%。结论:竹林胺联合导尿治疗产后严重尿潴留疗效显著,成功率100%。
