三种物理方法治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

目的:观察三种物理疗法对带状疱疹的治疗效果。方法:选择经临床诊断为带状疱疹的门诊和住院病人247例随机分为对照组、氦-氖激光组(He-Ne)、特定电磁波组(TDP)和窄频中波紫外线组(UVB),观察各组的疗效。结果:对照组总有效率87.0%,He-Ne98.44%,TDP组96.83%,UVB组94.92%,各组间差异有显著性意义(P=0.0278)。结论:三种物理疗法均提高了带状疱疹的治愈率,而且安全有效,以He-Ne激光治疗更佳,值得临床使用推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effects on three sorts of physical therapy in treating Herpes Zoster. Methods Choosing a clinical diagnosis of Herpes Zoster outpatient and inpatient 247 cases were randomly divided into： contrast group ,He-Ne Laser group, Specialized Electro-magnetic Wave group and Narrow-Band UVB group, the effect observed in each group. Results Contrast group 87.0% ,He-Ne 98.44% ,TDP 96.83% ,UVB 94.92% respectively, with significant differences in each groups （P=0.0278）. Conclusion Three sorts of physical therapy can obviously enhance curing, moreover are Safe and effective, especially He-Ne laser therapy. It is worth to extend in clinic.
