CT and MRI Diagnosis of Supratentorial Primitive Neuroectodermal Tumor

目的:探讨颅内幕上原始神经外胚层肿瘤的CT和MRI表现,以提高诊断水平。方法:对3例经过穿刺病理证实的幕上原始神经外胚层肿瘤进行影像学分析,3例均行CT、MRI平扫,1例行MRI增强扫描。结果:3均单发生额叶,2例双侧额叶囊实性病变,1例有出血、钙化,各种病变均有一定的影像表现特点。结论:SPNET的影像学有一定特征,影像学和临床表现的结合有助于术前与其他肿瘤区分,提高诊断的准确性。

Objective Purpose To explore the CT and MRI findings of supratentorial primitive neuroectodermal tumors. Methods The CT and MRI features of 3 cases supratentorial primitive neuroectodermal tumors proved by pathology were analyzed retrospectively, In all cases plain CT and MRI scans were performed. Postcontrast MRI images were obtained in one case. Results All the tumors located in frontal lobe ,csyt-solid lesion located in dual frontal lobe （2cases）. Hemorrhage and calcification could be observed （1 case）.The imaging findings of lesions of various kinds have some character. Conclusion The CT and MRI features of supratentorial primitive neuroectodermal tumors arc characteristic.Combining the MR and CT findings with clinical features is helpful in differentiating the tumor fi＇om other lesions before operation and improve the diagnostic accuracy.
