摘要 目的:观察松弛素样因子(RLF)基因在妊娠大鼠卵巢中的表达,探讨RLF在大鼠妊娠中的作用。方法:采用RT-PCR方法。结果:妊娠第1天卵巢RLFmRNA高水平表达,妊娠第3天RLFmRNA水平最低,随着妊娠的进展,卵巢RLFmRNA的表达逐渐增加,至中期达到高水平,持续到妊娠后期。分娩前后RLFmRNA的水平出现波动,临近分娩RLFmRNA升高明显。结论:RLF参与妊娠的全过程。 Objective:To investigate the expression of RLFmRNA in the rat ovaries during pregnancy and study the effect of RLF in the process of pregnancy . Methods: Reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction ( RT - PCR) was used to study the expression of the RLFmRNA . Results:The first day when pregnancy occurred, RLFmRNA level was high, the third lowest level appeared, after that RLFmRNA expression to increase graduelly and reached high levels. In the porcess,continuing to the end of pregenancy, But fluctuated again when the rat labor at head. Conclusion: RLF is concerned with the whole process of pregnancy.
