不同差速贴壁时间对心肌细胞培养的影响实验性研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨心肌细胞分离、纯化和培养方法。方法:采用不同差速贴壁时间分离、纯化、培养新生乳鼠心肌细胞。结果:心肌细胞培养,采用差速贴壁60min组与90min组之间无统计学意义,差速贴壁60min组、90min组与差速贴壁120min组两两之间均有统计学差别。结论:心肌细胞培养过程中,采用差速贴壁60min、90min较差速贴壁120min获得的心肌细胞数量高。 Objective: To discuss the methods of separatiing, purifying and fostering cardiac muscle cells. Methods:To separate and culture the new- born mice' s cardiac muscle cells by differential and adherent culture. Results:In cardiac muscle cells culture, there was statistic expression between the differential and adherent 60min group and the 90min group. There is statistic expression between the first two groups and the group of 120min. Conclusion: In the course of cardiac muscle cells culture, the number of cardiac muscle cells cultured by differential 60min has been much higher than differential 90min and 120min.
