自体肋骨及肋软骨植入矫正Binder综合征畸形

A report of using autogenous costa and costal cartilage implantation to correct the deformity of Binder syndrome

目的:探讨对于Binder综合征患者采用自体肋软骨及肋骨植入的方法来矫正面中份凹陷和鼻部畸形并观察手术效果。方法:采用鼻部飞鸟形切口与叉状瓣切口相结合,取自体肋软骨及肋骨构造鼻支架来延长鼻梁长度及高度,用交叉皮瓣法延长鼻小柱,用肋骨及肋软骨行鼻基底梨状孔周围植骨,对10患者进行手术,并进行为期6个月以上的随访。结果:对随访患者的鼻外形进行评估,外形均满意,面中份凹陷明显矫正。结论:此方法简便易行,患者痛苦小、费用低,且能获得良好的面部外形。

Objective To explore a method which use autogenous costa and costal cartilage implantation to correct the deformity of Binder syndrome. Methods 10 patients were performed the operation together with the more than 6 months follow-up. The operation choosed the incision of fly-bird type in combination with forkedform flap type. Autogenous costal cartilage and costa were used to constitute the nasal framework so to lengthen the nasal redge and heighten the nasal columella. We used the crossed flap to heighten the nasal columella. We implanted costa and costicartilage around the piriform aperture on the nasal base. Results We evaluate the nasal configuration of the follow-up patients, all of them were satisfied with the nasal morphous and the facial depression was corrected obviously, Conclusion This way is easy to apply with less pain and lower expenses, however better facial appearance can be achieved.
