摘要
目的:为自体皮肤成纤维细胞(fibroblasts,Fbs)在医学美容中的应用提供可靠的科学依据。方法:采用自体皮肤Fbs的体外培养以及Fbs对凹陷性创伤模型的修复,从细胞水平和整体动物水平对自体Fbs在凹陷性瘢痕中的作用进行了初步研究。结果:注射细胞侧皮肤真皮层中Fbs数量及Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型胶原的阳性表达均较瘢痕对照侧多而浓重,而且Ⅰ型胶原阳性表达比Ⅲ型更明显。结论:回注到凹陷性瘢痕真皮层内的自体Fbs能分泌和合成Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型胶原,能明显促进凹陷性瘢痕的修复,自体Fbs可应用于医学美容,如瘢痕修复及除皱术中。
Objective Provide the reliable scientific basis for autologous skin fibroblasts in the application of medicine cosmetology. Methods Using culture in vitro and model of depressed repair in trauma, preliminarily researched the role of autologous skin fibroblasts in depressed cicatricle and wrinkle elimination in the animal level and cell level. Results In the cell injection group, Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen positive ones were more than those of scar control group. Furthermore, type Ⅰ collagen positive expression was more obvious than type Ⅲ collagen. Conclusion After reinjecting back to the depressed scar, autologous fibroblasts secret and synthesize type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen. Furthermore, it obviously improved the recovery of depressed scars. Autologous fibroblasts can be applied in medicine cosmetology, such as the recovery of scars and cosmetology packing wrinkle.
