摘要 氨气是规模化封闭式猪舍养殖中空气污染的主要成分,严重影响了猪群的健康及其生产性能。为此,利用气敏传感器对猪舍内有害气体中的氨气进行了检测,采用变频调速装置对风机转速进行调整,实现对猪舍环境中氨气的调控。以LabWindows/CVI软件为开发平台,对检测数据进行实时显示以及数据的处理、保存和查询等功能。试验结果表明:该系统为猪的生长发育创造了良好的生活环境,避免了人工操作的主观性和随意性,具有较好的实用价值和应用前景。 Ammonia is harmful to pigs when they grow up in closed and scaled houses of pig breeding, which not only brings out serious pollution to pig's living environment, but also it menaces the healthy and production of pigs. In this paper, gas-sensitive sensor was used to measure ammonia concentration in pig house, variable frequency converter was used to adjust the speed of fan in order to control the NH3 concentration in pig house. Based on the LabWindows/CVI software development platform, the monitoring data could be shown real-timely, processed, saved, and queried. The result of test was indicated that the system could supply a good environment for the growth and development of pigs, and the subjectivity and random of manual operation was avoided, so it has good practical value and prospect of using.
