摘要
采用自制的聚乳酸-聚乙二醇-聚乳酸/SiO2(PELA/SiO2)材料作为药物载体,通过溶剂挥发法制备了地塞米松磷酸钠(DSP)微球,并对微球的粒径、载药量以及体外缓释性能进行了研究。微球电镜图片显示其粒径大小分布在8μm左右,符合缓释制剂要求。体外缓释研究结果显示,PELA/SiO2微球具有明显的缓释作用。
Dexamethasone sodium phosphate (DSP) Poly (lactic acid ) -poly ( ethylene glycol ) -poly (lactic acid ) (PLEA)/ SiO2 Microspheres (DSP-PLEA/SiO2 MS) were prepared in solvent evaporation method. Microspheres were characterized in terms of size, drug loading and in vitro release. Field scanning electronmicroscope (FSEM) photographs show that microspheres are sized about 8μm in diameter, which may be used in controlled-release of drug. And the results of the study on in vitro release indicated that DSP-PLEA/SiO2 MS had an obvious sustained release effect.
