摘要
以噻吩为原料,先和溴素反应合成2,3,5-三溴噻吩,再以锌作还原剂在乙酸溶剂中反应得到3-溴噻吩,主要研究了第一步反应时的原料配比对反应的影响及第二步的反应时间对反应的影响,反应总收率达72.6%。
3-bromothiophene was synthesized from thiophene through bromination to give 2,3,5-tribromothiophene,then reduced by Zinc in acetic acid. The influence of molar ratio on first step and time on second step was discussed, and the overall yield was 72.6%.
