摘要
实现高质量甲醇的要求,工艺上常采取提高回流比,降低生产负荷,降低精馏塔温度等方法,但这些方法不仅要大幅度提高甲醇生产单耗,增加生产成本,而且残液的排放量也会相应增加。选用欧姆龙PLC和触摸屏,立足于现有生产工艺条件,寻求最佳的工艺操作参数,建立简单、稳定的自动控制系统,减少残液中污染物的排放量,同时提高了产品的质量。
The double-tower process of methanol rectification is usually adopted in many chemical factory. With the need of high quality, improving the reflux ratio, cutting down the load, decreasing the tower temperature are used normally . But these ways will increase the cost and the residue. This paper will discuss the new control system and construct the stable simple module in order to cut down the residue.
