液测和气测支撑裂缝导流能力室内实验研究 被引量:27

摘要 支撑剂导流能力测试实验通常采用液体介质进行,其结果对气藏压裂的针对性成为新的研究课题之一。运用API支撑剂导流能力测试系统,根据短期导流能力实验评价方法开展了气测导流能力评价实验,并与液测支撑裂缝导流能力实验进行了对比。结果显示,在相同实验条件下(陶粒类型、铺砂浓度、实验温度和压力),气测导流能力值比液测值高1.5~2.5倍,表明要获得相同的支撑裂缝导流能力,气井压裂中的铺砂浓度应比油藏低。用气测导流能力的实验结果来指导气井的压前潜力评估、压裂优化设计、压后效果预测和支撑剂的优选评价将更具合理性和针对性,气藏压裂的支撑裂缝导流能力实验最好采用气测方法。 Proppant conductivity test is commonly conducted with liquid media, of which the result aiming at reservoir fracturing becomes one of the new targets for study, Gas log conductivity test is conducted for the first time with the API proppant conductivity testing system according to the evaluation method of short - term conductivity test, as well as the comparative study of conductivities between gas log and liquid log is taken. It is showed that the propping fracture conductivity of gas log is 1.5 to 2.5 times higher than that of liquid log under the same testing conditions (such as haydite type, sanding concentration, temperature and pressure). A lower average sanding concentration in gas well fracturing should be adopted than that in oil well fracturing so as to obtain the same propping fracture conductivity. It will be more reasonable to use the result of gas log conductivity testing as the guideline for evaluation of potential before fracturing, optimization of fracturing design, forecast of effects and selection of proppants. The method of gas log conductivity should be used for laboratory research on fracturing of gas reservoirs.
