摘要
介绍了玻璃密度检验反馈控制生产的原理和实施方案,在生产稳定的情况下,连续一段时间(5月1日至5月31日)逐日对玻璃进行检验,将检验结果绘制成图。根据正态分布原理规定玻璃密度波动的上限和下限,并通过长期对玻璃密度检验结果分析,得出结论:将玻璃密度检验与化验分析结合起来,可起到快速准确控制成分的效果。
The principle and practice of feeding back glass density testing results for production control are described. During a continuous period of time (May 1 to 31 ) under stable production, glass density was tested day by day, and the results were plotted. Based on the principle of normal distribution, the upper and lower limits for glass density variation were specified. Through the analyses of glass density test results for a long time, it is concluded that glass density tests, in combination with chemical analyses, enable fast and accurate control of glass composition.
