摘要
为适应当前计算机教学与管理的需要，文章结合实际情况论述了院校建立校际互联网络的开发原则，系统结构，软硬件选型和常用软件的网络安装方法。
For the needs of computer instruction and management at present, this paper discusses development principle, system structure, selected molds of software and method of installation of the software in use of the network that in built in the college.
