摘要
通过X射线光电子能谱、激光拉曼光谱和原子力显微镜对制备的多层弹性复合纳米薄膜的成分、形貌、结构进行了研究。结果表明:弹性复合薄膜的形成可分为两个阶段:"岛"式结构数量增多和长大阶段。同时,反应时间的增加至50 min、反应温度为220℃时形成更均一、致密的多层复合薄膜;偶联剂A187的活性基团作用下生成的弹性体薄膜更均匀。
The prepared multi - layer compounded spring nano photoelectron spectroscope (XPS) and laser Raman scattering - films were characterized by using x - ray spectroscope, and the film topography and structure were obtained o Experimental results indicate that there are two stages in the process of formation of the spring film: the quantity increasing and the growing up of "island". Simultaneity, increasing the reaction time to 50 minute and temperature to 220℃ help to form still uniform and compact multi - layer nano- film, furthermore surfactants groups of coupling agent A187 lead to uniform SEBS film.
