摘要
介绍一种多功能种子处理机高压电源的设计方法和工作原理,进行整流电路、滤波电路、多谐振变换电路和倍压整流电路等关键电路设计。其具有达10万V的高压,电流达到2mA,能够满足多功能种子处理机的高压电源的实际要求;并且频率、电压均可调节。所研制的高压电源质量轻、响应速度快、可靠性强、稳定性好。
This article introduces design method and principle of multi-function seed processor high-voltage power supply, and rectifier, filtering, more resonant transformation and multi-voltage rectifier circuit, which provides 100kV voltage and 2mA current, and satisfy actual request; its frequency and voltage are adjusted. Many functions, such as light weight, response quickly,reliability and stability strongly are expounded.
