摘要
摘穗装置是玉米收获机的关键部件,能够直接影响其摘穗性能和技术指标,即收获损失率、籽粒破碎率、果穗含杂率等,其工作可靠性也对整机有着举足轻重的影响。为此,通过对现有摘穗装置结构形式进行比较、选择,对卧式摘穗装置进行了初步的研究设计,为后续的优化设计奠定技术基础。
Snapping bars are the key components of corn harvester, directly affecting harvesting performance and technical targets, namely harvesting loss rate, seed damage rate, corn cob containing mixture rate, and so on. The effects of working reliability hold the balance on the whole machine. Comparing with configuration modal about snapping rolls in existence, it will establish technical base subsequently to choose snapping bars and to research and design.
