摘要
划分小型甘蔗收割机主子结构,建立了子结构的运动方程并进行子结构的模态分析;综合主子结构与刀盘结构,建立了广义坐标下的整体系统动力学模型。同时,基于此模型对甘蔗收割机切割器进行了模态分析,讨论利用ANSYS在改善系统动态性能和优化结构上的可行性,从而达到快速求解、提高切割器动态性能的目的。
Divides the small sugar cane harvester lord structure, established the sub-structure equation of motion to advance together the displeasing person structure modality analysis, the comprehensive lord structure and the cutter head structure, have established under the generalized coordinates integrated system dynamics model, has carried on the modality analysis based on this model to the sugar cane harvester cutter bar. The discussion uses ANSYS in the improvement system dynamic performance and the optimized structure feasibility, thus achieved the fast solution, and enhances the cutter bar dynamic performance the goal.
