摘要
建立了基于综合权重的双基点多指标决策模型。分别从主观和客观两个方面来分析评估指标的权重,迭加得到综合权重,并利用它进行相对贴近度分析,从而判断方案的优劣,得到最佳方案,使问题的优化与决策更加科学、合理。以拖带方案的优化决策分析为例,验证了多指标决策模型的可行性,简述了它在救捞工程中的应用方法。
A new multiple criteria decision making model was proposed based on the overall importance weight and double bases method. The decision makers' knowledge and the alternatives' objective information were analyzed, and the subjective weight and entropy weight were given, and overall weight was thus derived from the combination of two kinds of weight. Then, the relative closeness analysis was carried out with overall weight, and the optimum alternative was educed scientifically. Lastly, an optimum design of towing scheme was done to introduce the application of decision making model to the warship salvage engineering.
