The Effect of Air Transportation Conditions on the Safety of the Lithium Batteries

航空运输条件对锂电池运输过程中的安全性有着较大的影响。本文介绍了联合国专家委员会关于危险货物运输的建议书及其试验和标准手册中锂电池运输鉴定的相关规定,重点阐述了UN38.3试验测试对锂电池安全性能的要求,并对测试中需要注意的安全问题进行了探讨。

Air transportation conditions have a great effect on safety performance of lithium and li-ion battery during the transport. Recommendations on lithium and li-ion batteries identified as dangerous goods were introduced according to UN committee of experts on the transport of dangerous goods and corresponding manual of tests and criteria. UN38.3 test techniques as we ll as its safety requirements on lithium and li-ion batteries were emphasized. Security of UN38.3 test should be investigated was also analyzed and discussed in this article.
