摘要
实施全面工程教育,培养高素质的工程技术人才有赖于高素质的师资队伍,而当前工程教育师资队伍中存在的非工化趋向却对此形成了严峻的挑战。从非工化趋向的成因来看,全面工程教育的实施将有助于扭转这种趋向。加强对学生的工程实践能力的培养、严把高校工科教师的入口关、大力引进和培养"双师型"教师以及建立合理的教师评价体系,有助于促进这一变革。
To practice total engineering education and train high quality engineering and technical personnel depends on a teacher's team with high engineering quality.Yet,a tendency of non-engineering practice background exists in teacher's team of engineering education.In this paper the author discusses the cause and the ways to reverse it,i.e.strengthening students' abilities in engineering practice,controlling the recruit of engineering teachers,introducing and cultivating "double-qualified teachers",and establishing reasonable teacher evaluating system.
