摘要
文章以SUV空调轿车车室内的空气气流组织为研究对象,应用RNGκ-ε湍流模型,对轿车进行了合理的简化。基于轿车车身和玻璃窗受到的太阳辐射以及人体的散热,建立了计算机模型。采用GAMBIT划分网格,用FLUENT分析了空调车内的温度场和速度场。通过分析车室内温度场和速度场的分布特征,找出影响空调制冷效果的关键因素,并对分析结果做了详细的说明。
A three-dimensional model of air-condition SUV is set up with a simplified vehicle compartment and RNG κ-ε turbulent stream model is applied. Taking solar radiation and heat dissipation of human body into account, a 3D airfield model is built. This problem is resolved by finite volume method in FLUENT with the mesh generated by GANBIT. In this way, internal temperature field and velocity field of air-conditioning SUV is available to get the optimization. It provides support for optimization, which provides support for optimizing airflow in car and reduces oil consumption effectively.
