非同轴式喉栓变推力固体发动机试验 被引量:14

摘要 设计了非同轴式喉栓变推力固体发动机试验系统,进行了变推力原理性试验研究。解决了试验中出现的喉栓结构完整性问题;基于内弹道计算,分析了喉栓变推力固体发动机的压强特性;通过喉栓不同运动过程的试验,开展了喉栓发动机压强特性研究;通过试验结果的对比分析,发现了影响发动机压强爬升的主要因素。试验验证了喉栓式变推力固体发动机的原理可行,以及所设计的非同轴式喉栓变推力固体发动机试验系统可行,满足试验研究需求。 The experimental system of non-coaxiality variable thrust pintle solid motor was designed to carry out variable thrust test pinciple investigation. Structure integrity problem of the pintle in the experiment was resolved. Based on internal ballistic calculation, pressure characteristics of the variable thrust pintle motor were analyzed. Through different motion process experiment of the pinfle, pressure characteristics of the pintle motor were investigated. Based on the analysis of experiment results, the major factors affecting pressure climbing were obtained. Test results show that pinciple of the variable thrust pinfle motor is feasible, moreover the designed experimental system of non-coaxiality variable thrust pintle solid motor meet experimental investigation demands.
