Relief and rescue of disasters is a very important task to embody people＇s interests and maintain the development and steadiness of society. Shortly after its founding, the People＇s Republic of China encountered severe natural disasters. In the process of directing the economic construction of China, Chen Yun strategically attached importance to relief and rescue of disasters and actively took a series of measures, which protected people＇s interests and contributed to the development and stability of society.
