摘要
相移轮廓术是一种常用的测量物体三维形貌的方法,其中获得精确相移是至关重要的.根据相移轮廓术的基本原理,设计了机械微动相移控制系统.计算机编程产生脉冲输出给IPC373工控板控制步进电机运转,再通过机械装置实现投影光栅的微操动,从而现实三维形貌测量的相移.实验结果表明,该系统简单且操作方便,提高了测量系统的精度和自动化程度,有一定的实用价值.
Phase-shifting measurement is commonly applied in three dimensional shape measurement,in which it is important to obtain a precise phase-shift.According to the basic principle of the phase-shifting,a controlled mechanical system of phase-shift is designed.In the system,some pulses produced by programming are sent to the IPC5373 which controls a step motor.Then the projection grating is moved tinily by using a mechanical device,which the phase-shift of 3-D shape measurement is achieved.The experimental results show that the system is simple and easy to be operated.The precision and the automatic measurement of the shape measurement are improved.Therefore,the system may have some practical value.
