摘要
从金银花中提取其有效成分绿原酸,用热活性检测仪测定了不同浓度的绿原酸中大肠杆菌生长代谢的热功率-时间曲线,由Logistic方程计算绿原酸的最佳拟菌浓度.
Chlorogenic acid(CA)was extracted from Flos Lonicerae.Bacteriostasic activity of different concentrations of CA for E.coli was studied by Microcalorimetry.The relationship of thermal power and time of the Escherichia coil's metabolism at different concentrations of CA was determined.Logistic equation was used to calculate the growth rate constants(μ) for inhibiting bacterium.Therefore,the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) was confirmed.
