摘要
在实验室模拟薄板坯连铸连轧(CSP)工艺生产无取向电工钢,通过扫描电镜观察及能谱分析等手段研究了板坯加热温度对CSP无取向电工钢磁性能的影响。实验结果表明,采取较低的板坯加热温度可以改善CSP无取向电工钢的磁性能。
Non-oriented electrical steel was prepared by simulated compact strip production process (CSP) in the laboratory. Effect of slab reheating temperature on magnetic properties of non-oriented electrical steel was studied by SEM, EDX and so on. The results show that magnetic properties can be improved by lower slab reheating temperature.
