摘要
介绍了广泛应用于电子行业的电子浆料,讨论了电子浆料的组成、分类和制备方法。文章着重阐述了贵金属浆料和贱金属浆料,并探讨了电子浆料的应用领域,以及无铅电子浆料和复合电子浆料等方面的发展趋势。
The electronic paste which has been widely used in electronic industry is presented. The component, classification and manufacturing methods of electronic paste are discussed. Both precious metal and base metal electronic pastes are presented emphatically. The application fields of electronic paste and the development tendency of lea＆free paste and composite paste are also studied.
