摘要
介绍了基于EPA(Ethernet for Plant Automation)现场总线的过程控制实验系统的体系结构及系统组成。以温度对象系统为例,介绍了基于EPA的串级系统的实现及实际运行情况。该系统的建成有助于学生了解工控行业的先进技术———现场总线控制,掌握具体的工程知识,同时也为科研提供了一个新的平台。
This paper introduces the EPA system architecture and presents an experiment process control system based on EPA fieldbus, On the background of temperature object control system, the realization of cascade control system using EPA fieldbus devices has been described, and the experimental application demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed results, This innovated system can help students to understand the EPA fieldbus further, grasp specific control engineering knowledge and provide a new platform for scientific research.
