摘要
利用ABAQUS软件对北京磁器口地铁车站的施工过程进行了三维仿真模拟。模拟中除考虑洞室开挖和车站结构的建造过程外,还通过提高土体的力学参数来模拟小导管注浆对土层的加固作用。模拟时按不同部位土体加固的先后顺序来修改相应部位土体的力学参数,同时,还通过改变初衬的弹性模量模拟了喷射混凝土随时间变化而逐渐硬化的特点。通过这些做法,较好地实现了施工细节的模拟,数值模拟结果与实测结果的比较表明,最大沉降值、沉降槽宽度、沉降趋势、位移场和塑性区分布都基本吻合。
Using ABAQUS, a 3D-simulation for the construction of Ciqikou subway station in Beijing was carried out. Besides considering the process of excavation and construction of the station, the improvement of soil with grouting was simulated by increasing the mechanical parameters. The corresponding parameters were modified according to the sequence of soil improvement. Additionally, the feature that the shotcrete hardened gradually was simulated by increasing the modulus of the shotcrete with time. The simulated results, including the maximum settlement, the size of settlement trough, and the trend of subsidence agreed well with the measured data. The displacement field and the distribution of the plastic zone were also discussed.
