新都区节水型社会建设研究

Study on the Construction of Water-Saving Society in Xindu District

以新都区为建设节水型社会的研究对象,通过对该区水资源现状的调查研究、需水预测与供需平衡分析,把新都区水资源开发利用中存在的问题和未来水资源供需矛盾充分的体现出来,使人们意识到节约用水,建立节水型社会的必要性。并提出了基本节水方案和强化节水方案以及建设节水型社会的农业、工业、生活和生态措施,通过节水型社会的建设使新都区水资源供需矛盾基本上得到解决。

Taken Xindu District as the studying subject for the construction of water-saving society, the water resources status of the district was investigated, the water demand and co-ordination of supply and demand were both predicted and analyzed, the problems existed in exploitation and utilization of water resources and contradiction between water supply and demand in the future are fully exhibited in this thesis. The necessity of saving water and construction of water-saving society will be realized by the residents. A basic water-saving plan, a strengthened water-saving plan and the measures for agriculture, industry, living and ecology were proposed. Through the construction of water-saving society, the contradiction between water supply and demand will be solved.
