摘要
确定了一种新型无固相甲酸盐完井液体系的基本配方:甲酸钾饱和液、增粘剂XC加量0.3%、降失水剂LV-Drispac加量0.4%、超细碳酸钙QS-2加量4.0%。对其抑制性、抑制机理进行了研究,并对其耐温、抗盐、抗固相污染能力和油气层保护效果进行了实验评价。结果表明,该完井液具有较好的高温稳定性,抗盐和抗固相污染能力,及很强的抑制性,无环境污染,保护储层效果好,可满足大多数钻井完井的要求。
A basic formula of a new debris - free formate completion fluid system was determined as follows : saturated potassium formate solution, tackifier XG 0.3 %, filtrate reducer LV - Drispac 0.4 %, superfine calcium carbonate QS - 2 4.0 %. The results of laboratory study showed that the completion fluid system had good high - temperature stability, salt resistance, debris contaminate resistance, strong inhibiting effect, and good environmental and reservoir protection effects. It met most well completion demands.
