摘要
以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵和丙烯酰胺为原料,通过水溶液聚合法合成了阳离子高分子絮凝剂PDA。讨论了引发剂用量、单体加量、单体摩尔比、体系pH值和反应温度等因素对聚合产物相对分子质量的影响,分析了聚合产物相对分子质量和投加量对絮凝效果的影响。并将产物与国内市售絮凝剂HPAM和12358FS的性能进行了对比。
Cationic floeculant PDA was prepared by copolymerization of acrylamide(AM) with dimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC). The effects of various factors such as mass ratio of initiator, monomer concentration, molar ratio of monomer, pH value of reaction system, and reaction temperature on the molecular weight of the cationic flocculant were studied. And the effects of the molecular weight and dosing quantity of the cationic flocculant on flocculation were also investigated. The flocculating properties of the product were compared with that of domestic commercial flocculants HPAM and 12358FS.
