摘要
本文介绍了PLC在石灰石粉磨控制系统中的应用。该控制系统采用了Modicon公司生产的Quantum系列可编程序控制器，上位机采用ifix3．5组态软件，具有良好的系统兼容性和人机界面。实践证明，提高了自动化控制水平，降低了工作人员的劳动强度，保证了石灰石粉磨的安全可靠运行，取得了良好的经济和社会效益。
This article introduces a PLC application on limestone powder mill control system. Modicon Quantum series PLC are adopted in this system, iFIX3.5 configuration software has been applied on supervisory computer with favorable system compatibility and a GUI.The result shows that the system guarantee the safe running of limestone powder mill and has a very good economic and social effects.
