摘要
对不同种类树脂吸附提高和保持浓缩苹果清汁的色值进行了研究。结果表明,用LSA-900B∶LSA-900C=1∶1进行吸附脱色,既可提高浓缩苹果清汁初始色值,又可在贮藏过程中更好地保持其色值。
Study on enhancing and conserving the color value of apple juice concentrate using different resin. The result showed that: selecting LSA-900B :LSA-900C with 1:1 adsorption and decolonization for apple juice could enhance better the color of apple juice concentrate and conserve its color in the pocessing of storage.
