摘要
目的研究山葡萄多酚对^60Co γ辐射小鼠红细胞免疫功能及脂质过氧化的影响。方法应用药理学方法及化学试剂盒进行测定。结果山葡萄多酚可提高受照小鼠红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bRR),红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICRR),改善红细胞表面唾液酸含量,提高血清SOD活性,降低血清MDA含量,400,800mg/kg剂量山葡萄多酚效果显著(P〈0.05)。结论山葡萄多酚可以改善受照小鼠红细胞免疫功能及脂质过氧化作用。
Objective To study the effects of polyphenols of Vitis amurensis Rup(PVAS) on erythrocyte immune function and lipide oxidation in 60 Co γ-ray irradiated mice. Methods Using pharmaceutical method and test kit. Results PVAS increased the content of RBC-C3bRR and RBC-ICRR, decreased the content of MDA, raised the content of sialic acid and SOD. The group with 400, 800 mg/kg dose is very remarkable ( P〈0.05 ) compared with model group. Conclusion PVAS improved the lipide oxidation and erythrocyte immune function of irradiated mice.
