摘要 通过室内试验和现场测试,研究了成型方法、养护方式与环境条件等施工控制因素对聚合物水泥混凝土(PCC)路用性能的影响,通过电镜分析了不同养护方式对PCC力学性能的作用机理。研究结果表明:为了达到最佳的力学性能,PCC需采用特定的投料搅拌方式,振动时间应略长于普通混凝土;PCC所需的前期标准养护天数应随聚合物掺量的增加而逐步减少,其机理是由于聚合物在不同掺量和养护方式下成膜完整性不同,提供的保水和增折效果相应改变所致;当施工温度高或风速大时,PCC的摊铺流动性降低,硬化后路面板易开裂。 The influences of construction controlling factors, such as forming methods, maintenance modes and environmental conditions, on the road performances of polymer cement concrete (PCC)were studied by laboratory experiment and real measure, and the effect mechanisms of different maintenance modes on the performances of PCC were analyzed through scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Analysis result shows that to acquire the best mechanical property, the special mixing technology and longer vibrating time are necessary; the more polymer content is, the less the standard maintenance days are, which results from the variety of PCC film's integrity with different polymer contents and maintenance modes, so that it provides corresponding different water-held capabilities and flexural strength effects; when environmental temperature or wind speed is higher, the fluidness of PCC reduces and pavement is easy to crack after hardening. 8 tabs, 2 figs, 11 refs.
