民初库伦集团侵扰内蒙史实述论——以《盛京时报》为视角

On Kulun Group's Harassment to Mongolia in Early Republic of China——From Shengjing Daily

民国初年,库伦集团屡次对内蒙地区实施武力侵扰。创办于20世纪之初的《盛京时报》曾对此事作过多次报道,客观地记录了库伦集团侵扰内蒙的史实和经过。从中不难看出,库伦集团侵扰内蒙是有计划、有准备的,其侵扰过程历时数年,但结果却以失败告终。这与其自身实力不济不无关系,同时也是北洋政府严厉反击和沙俄政府削减支持的必然结果。

In the early republic of China, Kulu group harassed Mongolia frequently. Shengjing Daily, a news-paper published in early 20th Century, had objectively reported the historical facts and process of this event for many times, from which we can easily find the troth that Kulun group had prepared long before its harass-ment, and the harassing process had lasted for a couple of years, however, the event ended in failure finally. That is not only because of Kulun group＇s weaker power, but also because of Chinese government＇s seriously eounterblow and Russian government＇s support reduction.
