波特对于产业集群问题的研究,始终都致力于将集群竞争优势与国家或区域竞争力的提高紧密地结合在一起,并与各国、各地区政府的政策制定者产生共鸣,从而使产业集群竞争优势的研究具有了鲜明的实践基础和现实的指导意义。
Porter for the study of industrial dusters, always committed to integrating closely the competitive advantages of cluster and national or regional competitive power, and had resonance with the government＇s policy-makers of other countries and regions, which made the competitive advantages of industrial clusters be clear, practical base and realistic guidance.
