领导干部隐私权严格限制的原因探析

Analysis on the Causes of Strict Restriction on the Right to Privacy Given to Leading Cadres

领导干部隐私权具有与公共利益的相关性、与自身利益的冲突性、隐私权客体范围的相对克减性三个特殊性,本文提出领导干部隐私权应受到严格限制,并尝试从五个方面来探究领导干部隐私权应受到严格限制的原因,即:保护公众知政权,改变新闻传播现状,防止"监督止于官司",改变反腐严峻现状,树立社会榜样。

The right of privacy given to leading cadres has three particularities ： Firstly, relating to public interests ; secondly, conflicting with their own interests ; thirdly, being deprivable in particular situations. In this article, it makes an attempt to analyze the causes of restricting the right to privacy given to leading cadres from five perspectives including：to make the pubhc be aware of political affairs; to improve the current transmission system of news; to prevent the phenomenon ＂supervision ends up with lawsuit＂ ; to change the present situation of corruption; to set social examples.
