在新的历史时期,我们面临着世情、国情、党情深刻变化的考验,领导干部中存在着一些突出问题,迫切需要领导干部加强党性修养。领导干部必须坚定共产主义和建设中国特色社会主义的理想和信念;自觉运用科学理论武装自己;自觉实践党的全心全意为人民服务的宗旨;牢固树立科学发展观;严格党内生活,自觉接受群众监督;勤俭执政持家,永远保持艰苦奋斗的优良传统和作风;培养健康的生活情趣,保持高尚的精神追求。

In the new era, we are facing the tests of profound changes occurring in the world situations, the state and Party conditions, and some outstanding problems have come into being among the leaders. As a result, it＇s urgently needed to strengthen the leaders＇enhancement of the Party nature. The leaders must stick to communism and the socialist construction with Chinese characteristics, self - consciously arm themselves with scientific theories, self - consciously practice the Party＇s tenet of serving the people heart and soul, firmly establish the outlook of scientific development, be strict with the Party life, willingly accept the supervision from the mass, be industrious and economical, hold on to the good manner and tradition of hard struggle for ever, develop healthy interests and retain noble spiritual pursuits.
