Efficacy of Dynamic Hip Screw for the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture

【目的】探讨动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效和可行性,以提高患者的生活质量。【方法】总结2001年4月至2007年4月收治的85例DHS进行内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料,了解患者的性别、年龄、骨折类型及治疗等情况,【结果】85例患者术后均一期愈合,全部获得骨性愈合,82例患者能下地负重行走,未出现螺钉及钢板断裂现象,1例患者术后3个月加压螺钉退出致髋内翻,优良率92.94%(79/85)。【结论】股骨粗隆间骨折行DHS进行内固定可使患者卧床时间缩短、使其早日下地行走、减少并发症。

[Objective]To explore the efficacy and feasibility of dynamic hip screw （DHS） for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures, and to raise the quantity of life of patients. [Methods] The clinical data of 85 patients with intertrochanteric fractures from April 2001 to April 2007 were summarized, and some basic messages of patients including sex, age, types of fractures and others were collected. All patients were treated surgically with DHS. [Resuits]All patients got primary healing as well as bone healing after operation. Eighty-two patients were able to walk on the ground with weight bearing and no loosening or breakage of the internal fixators occurred. Only one patient remained coxa vara because of the exit of DHS 3 months after operation. The excellent and good rate was 90.6%. [Conclusion] The treatment of intertrochanteric fracture with a internal fixation of DHS is beneficial to reduce bed rest time, go for waking in the early stage and decrease complications.
