膦甲酸钠治疗慢性重型乙型肝炎52例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Foscarnet Sodium for the Treatment of 52 Cases with Chronic Hepatitis Gravis B

【目的】了解膦甲酸钠在慢性重型乙型肝炎患者中的抗病毒治疗效果、毒副反应及是否提高生存率。【方法】对52例血清HBeAg定量和HBV DNA阳性的慢性重型乙型肝炎在综合治疗的基础上,予以膦甲酸钠抗病毒治疗,对照组为常规综合治疗。【结果】膦甲酸钠治疗组HBV DNA阴转率47.73%,HBeAg阴转率46.15%,临床有效率65.38%;对照组HBV DNA阴转率为18.18%;HBeAg阴转率13.33%,临床有效率39.47%。【结论】在综合治疗的基础上,应用膦甲酸钠治疗慢性重型乙型肝炎,安全有效,无明显不良反应,提高患者的生存率。

[Objective]To evaluate the anti-virus therapeutic effects and adverse reaction of foscarnet sodium in chronic hepatitis gravis B, and whether it can elevate the survival rate. [Methods] Fifty two cases of chronic hepatitis gravis B with serum HBeAg quantification and HBV DNA positive were contained in the treatment group, which received synthetic treatment and foscarnet sodium. The control group received synthetic treatment only. [Results] In the treatment group, the rate of HBV DNA undetectable was 47.73%, the rate of HBeAg undetectable was 46. 15%, and the effective rate was 65.38%. In control group, the rate of HBV DNA undetectable was 18. 18%, the rate of HBeAg undetectable was 13.33%, and the effective rate was 39.47 %. [Conclusion]Foscarnet sodium combined with synthesis therapy is safe and effective without obvious adverse reaction. It can elevate the survival rate of the patients with chronic hepatitis gravis B.
