摘要
本文详细介绍了一起人工挖孔桩经静载试验抽检,因达不到设计承载力要求,以致产生严重的桩基质量事故,后经事故性质鉴定、补充勘察及事故原因分析,确定了处理过程是:采用将单桩单柱改为桩顶连梁,在连梁上加设锚杆静压桩的基础补强方案,并在楼房施工中加强沉降观测等一系列方法与措施,较为经济便捷地解决了由于桩基承载力不足的导致的质量事故,为同类桩基施工质量事故的解决提供了一个成功的范例。
This article in detail introduced a cast in place of artificial digging, accident process, this was not achieved the bearing capacity by static load test, latter after the accident appraised, the engineering supplementing investigated, the accident was caused factor analysis, the foundation made up strong, the anchor rod pile constructed and the settlement observed, caused to accident of the constructs smoothly to completed.
