工学结合、校企合作的"2+1"人才培养模式是探索就业为导向的高职高专教育和人才培养的有效方式。本文阐述了商务英语专业如何与企业合作进行人才培养,以何种模式实施教育的过程。希望为高职商务英语专业的改革和发展提供理论指导、实践模式等方面的借鉴。
The Work-Study Combination and College-Enterprise ＂2＋ 1＂ Joint Operation of Business English Talent Training is an effective way of carrying out ＂Employment-Oriented＂ higher vocational education and talent training. This article talks about how a business English department and a locale enterprise cooperate ＂2 ＋ 1＂ talent training, and the ways to put it into practice.
