摘要
地方高师院校正处于向综合化发展的转型过程之中，这也是教师教育发展的必然趋势。为此，地方高师院校要创新办学理念、明确目标定位；优化培养模式，保证培养质量，坚持师范与非师范专业协调发展；注重教育学科教师队伍建设，以科研促进教学水平提高等。
Local normal colleges are transiting for comprehensive trend, and is also the necessary trend for teacher education development. Because of this, it is important for local normal colleges to create the spirit of the college ,to explicit the aim,to advance the educational mode and quality,to balance the normal or non-normal professional and so on.
