摘要
着眼维和任务需求对维和工作七年的成绩和问题进行了简要回顾总结,以提高维和警察的履职能力为核心,提出在选拔、培训、交流、派遣等环节上,要进行多角度考察、全方位培养、全球化构建、全过程跟踪的培训工作改革意见。
In this essay, the author briefly summarized the achievements of Chinese police＇ s participation in United Nations peacekeeping operations, and analysed its problems. On this basis, proposals are given, focusing on the professional capacity building of UNPOL candidates in the predeployment training phase, in terms of selection, training, communication and deployment strategy.
