冠脉介入术后肝素相关性血小板减少症18例临床分析 被引量：5

摘要 随着抗凝治疗在临床各科的广泛应用（外科防治术后深部静脉血栓形成、血液透析、急性冠脉综合征、心脏瓣膜病术后、急性肺栓塞、冠心病介入治疗术中、术后抗凝等）,普通肝素（UFH）和低分子肝素（LMWH）已成为临床的常用药物之一。
