摘要
目的探讨健康人心率分布的基本特点,以及与年龄、性别的关系,为频率适应性起搏器的程控提供依据。方法通过常规Holter收集数据,对不同年龄和性别的90名健康人日常活动下的平均心率、最大窦性心率和高频心率分布(>90,100和110次/min)进行比较。结果①中年组、老年组之间平均心率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中年组、老年组之间最大窦性心率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各组男女之间平均心率和最大心率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②中年组与老年组之间高频心率分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论随着年龄上升,心脏的变时能力有减退趋势;健康人心脏变时能力与性别没有关系。
Objective To approach the fundamental feature of the heart rate distribution and discuss the relationship between age,gender and heart chronotropic ability,and provide some data to the programming of rate adaptive pacemakers. Methods Collected from common Hoher,average heart rate,maximum sinus rate and the high-equency part of the heart rate distribution (:;90,100 and 110 bpm)of normal people (90 cases)between different age and diferent gender under daily conditions were compared. Results (1)There was no obvious difference of average heart rate among middle group and old group (P〉0.05). The diference of the maximum sinus rate between middle group and old group was insignificant (P〉0.05). The diference of average heart rate and maximum sinus rate between different gender within each group was insignificant (P〉0.05).(2)The difference of the high frequency part of heart rate distribution between middle group and old group was significant (P〈0.01),but man and woman was insignificant (P〉0.05). Conclusion With age increasing, heart chronotropic ability decline,and gen- der have no effect on heart chronotropic ability.
